I have installed Tempo Projects Enterprise and the install was successful, what do I do next? First, make sure that your installation included a reboot. Next, go to the login screen using your web browser. By installing Legadero Tempo Projects Enterprise you have created a web service that you or anyone on your network can access via a web browser. If you are on the same computer that Tempo Projects Enterprise has been installed on, go to the start menu, select Tempo Projects Enterprise, Login to Tempo. This will launch a web browser with the login screen. I am trying to login for the first time, how do I get started? Every new installation has a special default user called Administrator. The username and password are as follows: login: admin password: admin The first thing you should do is login and change the password. Once you are logged in as Administrator you can access the configuration guide in the help section for instructions on how to start setting up the solution. This includes instructions on creating additional user accounts. There are also sections on using the solution once you have set it up, and sections on administering the solution. I know Tempo Projects Enterprise is a web service and I want to access it from a different computer. What is the url? The url for accessing Tempo Projects Enterprise from any computer on the same network is http://your server's name/tempo/. If you don't know the name of the server that Tempo Projects Enterprise is installed on and have access to that computer, you can get the name by clicking on System in the Control Panel (accessed from the Start Menu). After clicking on System, select the Computer Name tab. Use the Full Name in the url. I have been using the Trial version of Tempo Projects Enterprise and now it will not let me create any more projects. What do I do? The free version allows you to have up to five (5) simultaneous projects in the system. You can delete projects in order to make room for new projects if you do not need to manage more than five at any one time during your trial. All paid versions include unlimited projects. I have turned on and configured e-mail notifications, but when I assign myself tasks or change project information I am not getting an e-mail. Why? The e-mail system, as well as the change flag notification system intentionally excludes changes that you have made yourself. For example if you assign another user a task, they will get a notice that the task has been assigned to them. If you assign a task to yourself, you will not be notified of the assignment as you already know. I notice your software uses port 80. Can I change this if it is already being used by another application? Yes you can, the procedure is as follows:
