All licenses are perpetual and priced based on the number of named users with different roles. There are two kinds of users. Portfolio Level users have roles that provide access to a broad array of system capabilities. Users such as departmental managers and project managers would typically need to be Portfolio Level users. Light users have roles that primarily allow read access with some limited privileges such as the ability to make updates in timesheets or tasks.
Follow our secure streamlined order process to get your production license and support. There are three easy ways to proceed (pricing below):
Option 1: Order on-line and receive an invoice immediately. Complete our on-line order form, determine your total price and submit the form when ready. We will send you an invoice via e-mail in pdf format or by fax. You may then send a check or call M-F from 9AM to 5PM CST USA and pay by credit card. We will issue a receipt via e-mail upon payment.
Option 2: Order on-line and send us a Purchase Order. Use our on-line order form to determine your total price and submit your order pending a PO, then send us a PO:
Upon receipt of your PO we will issue you an invoice referencing the PO number. You may then send a check or call and pay by credit card. We will issue a receipt via e-mail upon payment.
Option 3: Order by Phone. Call us at (512) 419-1511 M-F from 9AM to 5PM CST to place your order and arrange invoicing and payment. We will issue a receipt via e-mail upon payment.

Once you submit payment (credit card authorization or your check clearing) you will be required to complete the license information form from the help section of your Legadero Tempo solution. Once you have done this, a license will be delivered via e-mail within 72 hours.
